Call for Contributions
IsraHCI – The Fourth Israeli Human-Computer
Interaction Research Conference
February 18th, 2016
The IsraHCI Research Conference brings together researchers and practitioners interested in the intricacies of the design, evaluation and implementation of interactive systems. At its fourth year, the conference is becoming the premier forum to present, discuss and experience novel interactive systems from a research-oriented perspective. We invite those interested in HCI – from industry and academia, from design, engineering, computer science, psychology, education and the UX community – to take part in this exciting event and contribute to the growth of the Israeli HCI research community.
The objectives of the Israeli HCI Research Conference are to:
Create a bridge between academic research in HCI and those developing innovative interactive technologies in the Israeli industry
Contribute to the growth of Israeli research in human-computer interaction
Establish an inclusive community of Israeli researchers, allowing students to present work and enter the research area
Foster interdisciplinary collaborations
The fourth IsraHCI conference will be held on February 18, 2016 at Shenkar College, Ramat Gan. It will include several sessions, each dedicated to highlighting research on different aspects of human-computer interaction. A new session: case studies, will allow the presentation of work from a practitioner perspective.
